We are happy to see that you joined our group, bought or intend to buy something nice in our shop or you registered for one of our charity Běh Advenťáka races! We appreciate your trust!
We promise that all your personal data, i. e. any data that identifies you or can be used to identify you directly or indirectly, such as name, personal identification number, your location data, network identifiers or one or combination of more of your physical, physiological, genetical, psychical, economical, cultural or social features, are being processed in accordance with legal regulations and we make every effort to store them in the safest possible way.
By registering for Adventní běhání (further referred to as Club for simplicity), creating an order in our Advent e-shop, registering for an Běh Advenťáka or browsing our website you allow us to use your personal data.

What data do we collect?

In some cases, we collect this additional information (e.g. when you register for the Adventní běhání, Běh Advenťáka or the Club):
Your Personal Identification Number
Date and place of your birth
Data about your sports activities in the extent you agreed with during the registration
What do we use the data for?
We use the data you entered into our e-shop or during registration for the Adventní běhání or any of the Běh Advenťáka to be able to deliver the merchandise you ordered. Collecting this Personal Data is also in our legitimate interest in the event of any future legal disputes. The period for which we keep your Personal Data for these purposes is 5 years from your last order.
In specific cases, we use audiovisual materials for marketing purposes. You consent that we may publish your photos or audiovisual materials collected strictly in relation with any events organized by our organization. This consent remains valid as long as you are registered in the Club.
We keep the data you entered when registering for Adventní běhání, the Club or any of Běh Advenťáka only as long as necessary. You can find more about this in the section “Your data protection rights”.
The legal reasons for your personal data processing are:
Fulfilling agreement between you and the Data Controller according to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR
Fulfilling legal obligations of the Data Controller according to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR
Legitimate interest of the Data Controller to provide direct marketing according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR
Your consent to process your Personal Data in order to provide direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communication or newsletters) according to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and in connection with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain Information Society Services and on Amendments to some Acts in the event that no merchandise or services have been ordered.
The purpose of processing of your personal data is:
Processing of your order and execution of rights and obligations resulting from the contract between you and the Data Controller: In order to successfully process your order, certain Personal Data (name, address, contact information) is required. Provision of the Personal Data is a necessary prerequisite to successfully processing the order; without providing the Personal Data, the contract cannot be concluded or fulfilled by the Data Controller.
Fulfilling legal obligations towards the state.
Sending commercial communication and performing other marketing activities.
The Data Controller does not perform any automated individual decision-making, including profiling according to Article 22 of the GDPR. You have given explicit consent with such processing of your Personal Data.
Who can access your data?
We handle your Personal Data with the utmost caution. Apart from us, we provide your Personal Data to our delivery companies (Česká pošta s.p., Zásilkovna) which need it to be able to deliver your order to you.
Also in case you are a Club member, the Data Controller is entitled to provide your Personal Data including your Personal Identification Number and/or birth date to the respective sports unions, to Czech Union of Sport and to Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports for the purposes of member record keeping according to the directives of the Czech Union of Sport and to Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
Your data protection rights
In relation to the processing of your Personal Data, you are entitled to the following:
The right to access your Personal Data according to Article 15 of the GDPR. You are entitled to request the information whether we process your Personal Data or not. In case we do process your Personal Data, you are entitled to request copies of your Personal Data.
The right to rectification of your Personal Data according to Article 16 of the GDPR. If you find out that your Personal Data is inaccurate or incorrectly processed, let us know and we will correct it in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR or restrict its processing according to the Article 18 of the GDPR.
The right to erasure of your Personal Data. If we process your Personal Data based on your consent and you withdraw your consent, we will erase your Personal Data. However, in case we have a legal obligation to keep your Personal Data (e.g. for accounting purposes), only data we no longer need will be erased.
The right to object to processing according to Article 21 of the GDPR.
The right to data portability according to Article 20 of the GDPR.
You also have a right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office or go to court in case you believe that your data protection rights were violated.
